IMPORTANT - Payment Information

Thank you for allowing Equity Prime Mortgage to assist you with your financing needs. We appreciate your patience as we transitioned to a new servicer.

We encourage all our borrowers to create an online account using the below website, which will allow you to view and download a variety of your loan information including seeing your payments, set up future online payments, request payoffs etc.

If you mailed any payments to our offices in Atlanta, GA or our bank lock box in Memphis, TN those payments have been forwarded to our new servicer and are currently being processed. They will be reflected in your account in the next couple of weeks. Do not be alarmed if your check has not cleared yet or if the website shows a past due amount. This issue was due to a delay in the timing of boarding your loan onto the servicing platform. We want to assure you the payments will be posted as quickly as possible and that NO Negative reporting or late fees will be assessed.

To alleviate any concerns, you are covered under RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act). You are protected for 60 days while the transferring of loan servicing occurs. No negative information will be reported to the credit bureaus and late fees are prohibited.

You have been assigned a new loan number for servicing purposes. Please use the new loan number moving forward when referencing your account. You can log on to get your new loan number or call:
